The internal wall is very easy to be corrosion damaged since it works in a variety chemical media environment in certain temperature for long time. Developed by SWD urethane Co., USA, the storage tank internal wall special anticorrosion coating has excellent adhesive strength and mechanical performance with metal substrate, high anticorrosion performance on various media. It is able to provide a stable protection for the long- term application of tank equipment.
The high performance polyurethane prepolymer resin contained in the coating has excellent inherent anticorrosion properties of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, oil resistance, waterproof and many chemical media resistance. The coating film is smooth, tough, with high adhesive strength and nice temperature variation characteristics. It is one component environment friendly product, certificated as “ Green Star” material which has no benzene solvent, no catalyst and free pollution. The service life can reach above 15 years if strictly confirm the regular application standard.
